POSTER SPECIFICATIONS

Oral presentations may be supported by a poster or computer demonstration. In addition, each participating organization is encouraged to present one or more poster displays. Poster presentations must be supported by a short paper. Please visit the Paper Specs page for more information.

Mounting
The display portion of the poster boards measure 4 feet high by 8 feet wide. We will supply materials for attaching posters to boards. Tape cannot be used to attach your display to the poster board. Additional information concerning poster set-up will be given to you when you register. Conference representatives will be available during the formal poster set-up times to answer any questions you might have.

Please indicate during registration if you will be presenting a poster so we can plan accordingly.
