Pocatello H2O Supply System Events: 1960
The following important water supply system developments took place during this period of time:
City entered contract with the Department of the Interior and Bureau of Reclamation for the use of 50,000 acre feet of the storage capacity of Palisades Reservoir, for the construction charge obligation of $450,000.
Well #9 abandoned. Pump and column pulled and installed in well #6.
Made connection at Johnson and Halliday to supply water to private system on City Creek Road.
Well #16 drilled at lot 10, block 371 of the original townsite (200 East Bonneville).
